This culture is reflected in both our designs and project planning, which means that we have the ability to manage extremely challenging projects and deploy them within completely unreasonable timeframes.
We have also developed a strong administrative culture into our group mind-set, and successfully navigated the inevitable conflicts of style (Engineering, IT and Comms) to build a great management team to ensure the infrastructure stays tidy and reliable.
